  • 1st Floor Luxury Master: The luckiest guest gets beautiful hardwood floors, brand-new furniture, a massive walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a large shower and a deep soaker tub.
  • 2nd Floor Master Suite: Another spacious sanctuary complete with its own private attached bathroom!
  • Custom Bunk Room: A total masterpiece that the kiddos are guaranteed to love.
  • More Room for Everyone: The first floor also features a cozy queen bedroom plus a charming twin bedroom which share a bathroom.

🛺 The Golf Cart

Cruising the island just got a whole lot cooler! Seabrook SEArenity now has its very own dedicated golf cart. If you want to add this to your stay, just let us know during the security gate request process, sign the quick waiver, and we’ll handle the invoice. Easy peasy!

🎟️ Guest Access & Amenities

An amenity card covering everyone in your group is included with your stay! To ensure a seamless trip, any requests for additional cards must be made at least 10 days prior to your arrival. Keep an eye on your inbox—we will email you step-by-step instructions on how to grab your cards exactly 10 days before you check in. (Note: While pool and restaurant access are included, additional fees apply for golf, tennis, and a few select activities).

🚗 Gate Passes & Parking

To make your arrival smooth sailing, we’ve included 2 vehicle gate passes in your rental fee (covering Seabrook Island's $45 per-car fee). Need more passes? No problem, you can easily purchase extras. We’ll email your gate pass instructions 10 days before your arrival so you can breeze right through the security gate!
