Newly renovated and professionally decorated, Hidden Oak Hideaway is the perfect retreat for your Seabrook Island vacation. This spacious home comfortably sleeps 10 and is ideally located less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest beach boardwalk, close to Camp St. Christopher, and a short bike ride to the Seabrook Island Beach Club pools and restaurants.
Inside, the open floor plan is designed for relaxation. The great room features an oversized sectional, a 58" Smart TV, and sliding doors leading to a private back deck with outdoor dining for eight, rockers, and additional seating. The dining area includes a large farmhouse table for 10+ guests, complemented by a breakfast bar with three stools. The fully equipped kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a beverage refrigerator, and a grilling deck with a Weber propane grill. A laundry room, powder room, and an attached garage with an extra refrigerator add convenience.

Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 50% refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.
House Rules
No smoking on the property
No loud parties
No parking in the pine straw or the street overnight
Do not try to dry unwashed beach towels
Trash and recycling day is Monday. Our Management Company will come Monday morning to take out the barrels and will be back on Monday afternoon to return them to the garage. Please let us know if the barrels are excessively stinky (we can get them cleaned on Mondays). Please try to make sure all food products are enclosed tightly in a trash bag when placed in the barrels. There are blue recycling bags under the sink which should be used for recycling items and can be placed in the recycle bins. Do not place white trash bags in the recycle bins.

Used beds should be striped and placed in the laundry basket in the room along with used towels.
Beach towels and any extra linens used should be washed and returned to the bin the night before check out.
