The great room features an oversized sectional, a 58" Smart TV, and sliding doors leading to a private back deck with outdoor dining for eight, rockers, and additional seating. The dining area includes a large farmhouse table for 10+ guests, complemented by a breakfast bar with three stools. The fully equipped kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a beverage refrigerator, and a grilling deck with a Weber propane grill. A laundry room, powder room, and an attached garage with an extra refrigerator add convenience.
