Well-appointed kitchen, beach gear, and comfortable beds make this the perfect spot to enjoy a beach trip with family and friends. The space

This bright and spacious home is located on the 17th hole of the crooked Oaks golf course and just a short walk to beach access #9. While you are enjoying your stay in this newly renovated beautiful home you can have all the luxuries of home. Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials we try to make your stay is as comfortable as possible. Also, enjoy a game of pool or kick back and read with a full library of beach reads and games in the bookcases in the living room.
If you are the lucky one who gets to stay in the first floor master suite it has been fully renovated with beautiful hardwood floors, new furniture, and bedding, and a large walk-in closet. Attached is a newly renovated bathroom with large shower and soaker tub. There is also a large master suite on the second floor with an attached bathroom. Custom bunk room is sure to be a hit with kids. The first floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom and twin bedroom. Your favorite room will be the sunroom overlooking the golf course. It’s a perfect gathering for morning coffee! The home has all the basic necessities you need for the perfect beach trip, including beach, chairs, and toys!! if you are traveling with little ones, there is a pack and play and high chair to make their trip comfortable too! Amenity cards to Seabrook Island Beach Club is included with this rental.

Golf Cart

We now have a dedicated golf cart for Seabrook SEArenity.  If you are interested in renting the golf cart as part of the security gate request process you can let us know and sign the waiver.  We will invoice you shortly thereafter.

Guest access

Access to Seabrook Island Amenities is included with this rental and will provide access to the pools and restaurants. An amenity card will cover all guest in the home. If additional cards are desired all request need to be made a minimum of 21 days prior to stay or we can not guarantee they can be processed.  We will email you the instructions on obtaining your amenity card 21 days before you arrive.

*Please note that additional fees are required for golf, tennis, and a few other activities.

Other things to note

Effective January 2023 Seabrook Island has implemented a $45 car pass fee for all vehicles entering the Island. We include 2 passes with the rental fee. Additional passes can be purchased if needed.  We will email you instructions 10 days before you arrive for the gate passes.
