• The Ultimate Hangout: Bedroom #4 is a versatile space equipped with one Queen bed and two Twin beds, plus its own en-suite bathroom. It’s the perfect setup for kids, teens, or extra guests!

• Go Cashless: Seabrook Island is a cashless paradise! Your credit card links straight to an in-app digital QR code which acts as your digital "key" to enter facilities and charge food, drinks, and activities.

🚗 Packing the Car? The Logistics:

To keep our island pristine, the Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has a few quick rules:

• Gate Passes: Gate passes are $45 per vehicle (applies to stays from 1 to 179 nights). Your first two gate passes are included in your stay!
• Parking Maximums: We can host a maximum of 4 passenger vehicles parked overnight (11 PM–7 AM).
• Cruising in an LSV? Low-Speed Vehicles (street-legal golf carts) are permitted! They must be registered, insured, have a 17-digit VIN, a valid license plate, and a SIPOA entry pass. Remember: LSVs count toward your 4-vehicle maximum, require a valid driver's license, and are for street use only (no bike paths, beaches, or golf paths!). Keep those kiddos buckled up tightly—local officers enforce strict SC seatbelt and child-seat laws!  We have a relationship with a great affordable rental company.  Give us a call.

🚫 Quick Rules & Policies

• Pets: Sorry, furry friends need to sit this one out—no pets allowed.
• Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancel more than 30 days before arrival for a full refund minus a $250 fee. Inside 30 days, funds are forfeited unless we can re-book the dates (if re-booked, you get the re-booked amount back minus the $250 fee).
• Winter Monthly Rental Policy: Cancel up to 60 days prior to arrival for a refund minus the $250 fee; inside 60 days, funds are forfeited unless re-booked.
• Peace of Mind: If the Mayor issues a mandatory evacuation for Seabrook Island due to weather, we will provide a prorated refund for the affected nights. For all other weather disruptions, we highly recommend grabbing travel insurance!
