Gate Access Request

We hope you are getting excited about your trip to Seabrook Island! You are only about a week away, and we are so happy you have chosen one of our homes for your visit.

Pick up your pass here at 1900 Seabrook Island Road before proceeding to the security gate. Please use the left lane at the security gate. 

Access to Seabrook Island

  • All cars are required to obtain a gate pass at the new security office located at 1900 Seabrook Island Road (entrance to Bohicket Marina). If arriving off-hours and this office is closed, proceed to the security gate.
  • Use the form below to register each vehicle coming onto the island (Just one driver per car is needed).
  • After submitting the form each driver will receive a text message with a link to a website in which they will give some information regarding their vehicle and then watch a short video.
  • When completed the system will send a text with a QR code.
  • Please show the QR code to the attendant at the new security office above.  
  • The gate attendant will provide you a physical gate pass that should be visible on the dashboard at all times when on the island and when passing through the security gate.
  • The town has implemented a fee of $45 per gate pass. Your rental includes two gate passes. Should you require additional passes beyond the two included, you can obtain them at a cost of $45 each.

Ride Share (Uber/Lyft)

  • If you intend on arriving/departing the island via the ride share apps:
  • Use the comments box in the form below and provide the persons name, date of pick-up/drop-off and which ride share app.
  • If you don’t know this information you can text it to us later (please provide 24 hour advance notice).
  • Getting a ride from the airport is easy and cannot be scheduled.  Walk to the designated pick-up area and request the ride.
  • We strongly recommend rides from the house be scheduled in advance as wait times for on-demand pick-ups can be substantial.

Golf Cart (LSV)

  • If you haven’t rented the golf cart, it’s not too late. Learn more here.
  • On the LSV Agreement page of the form below.  Please sign the LSV Agreement.
  • We will send you an invoice for payment with 48 hours.
  • Don’t forget to finish the gate pass request form after signing the LSV Agreement.
