Amenity Card Order Form

Thank you for choosing Seabrook Island Club for your vacation. We’re excited to have you visit and want to provide you with some essential information for a seamless experience.

To fully enjoy your time on the island, an amenity app is required for access and charging at the Seabrook Club and Lakehouse facilities. Keep in mind that Seabrook Island operates in a cashless environment, so having your amenity appis essential for all transactions during your stay.

The Amenity Office will facilitate the issuance of amenity app credentials.  These will be sent to you 24-48 hours before you are scheduled to arrive.

Here are important details about fees:

• Each submission is linked to one credit card.  If you want to split up your charges on multiple credit cards you need to make multiple submissions (one for each credit card).  
• A 22% gratuity is added to all dining tabs.

Order Form Helpful Hints

• Number of cards: This is the number of device logins being issued on a single credit card which you will add to the app after you login.  All charges will go to that credit card.  If you are traveling with multiple families it’s recommended that you submit multiple forms for each family.  
• Rental Company: Enter “Effortless Escapes, LLC.”
• After submitting the form you will automatically be redirected to the Security Gate Access request form.
